Received this after years of using a snare stand for my 9x13 tom. I grew tired of having to set the snare stand/tom up and trying to position this every time. So I took a chance with the Atlas Arch. No drilling of the bass drum required and I get the same set up every time. Perhaps a bit heavy and clunky looking but it does the job well. Happy with my purchase.
